Dr. Crystal Jacobs hails from Norfolk, Virginia, with strong ancestral ties to the Native American community and deep roots in southeastern North Carolina. Recently appointed to the board of the National Honor Society for Leadership and Success, Dr. Jacobs is a passionate advocate for lifelong learning.
Inspired by her daughter, Carrington, Dr. Jacobs began writing children’s books to spark joy in young readers, hoping to foster an enthusiastic approach to literacy and the excitement of learning.
